Over the years The Spur has held a multitude of celebrations including Christenings, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas Parties and Wakes. 

With our large Skittle Alley/Function Room and Restaurant we can accommodate large parties, offering set party and buffets reception menus.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our staff are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure whatever the function it meets all your expectations. We host many parties over the course of the year with our busiest time being Christmas when we host many Christmas parties for companies of any size. In fact most companies book their Christmas with us year after year.

With our large parking area we host many car club gatherings and are used as the finishing point for many local rallies

Whatever the function, we will do our very best to make it as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Booking Conditions

We require a £50.00 deposit on a confirmed booking. Non-refundable within 8 weeks of booked date. Final payments to be paid no later than the day of your reception

Cheques payable to: The Spur.

We can also take credit/debit cards in person or over the telephone.

Our charges include the hire of the Restaurant

We would be grateful to receive final numbers within 2 clear days of your booking date. Final payments must be made on or before the Reception date.

All food cancellations after this date must be paid for.
